Responsibilities Clean by hand or machine dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks are at the specific requirements for health standards. Assist in food preparation, buffet set-up and breakdown, food serving, and food replenishment. Clean work area, including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organized. Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans.
