We are seeking a high-level leader who can take ownership of an area of the restaurant (front counter, kitchen, or drive-thru). This role involves modeling in restaurant operations alongside team members, overseeing systems, and maintaining a team roster through hiring, scheduling, and training. Performance expectations are high, and this role is challenging. Previous experience at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is a plus but not required.

Looking for leaders who can work in one of the following shifts:

Kitchen Assistant General Manager (Day and Night Shift) are responsible for the Opening, Afternoon and Evening shift

Shift: 5:30 am - 4 pm or 2:00 pm-10:30 pm

  • Achieving the desired results with food production and safety
  • Coaching the behaviors and results of all Team Members
