ECO is now accepting application for a Kitchen Helper.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and menu execution
- Wash, dry, and properly store dishes and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, service line, and dining areas
- Break down and clean service areas at end of day
- Assist with grocery order check-in and pick-up
- Support front-of-house service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Perform general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, laundry, restroom cleaning as needed)
Requirements:
- Prior kitchen or food service experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow direction and established procedures
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong personal hygiene
- Maintain appearance and uniform compliance
- Hair and facial hair must be properly covered
- Maintain professional behavior around staff and guests
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Must have the flexibility to arrive early or stay late as needed
