  3. Material Selection: Assist clients in choosing appropriate materials, finishes, fixtures, appliances, and other elements for their kitchen and bath spaces. Source high-quality products that align with the design concept and budget.
  4. Space Planning: Optimize the layout and flow of kitchen and bathroom areas to maximize functionality, efficiency, and use of available space. Pay close attention to ergonomics and user experience.
