Seeking a Kit Cutter I for weekend 1st shift at our Renton location. This role involves preparing Prepreg materials for aerospace manufacturing by verifying materials, operating cutting machines, and adhering to standard work instructions. It requires good communication, attention to detail, basic math skills, and experience with measurement tools. The schedule rotates between Thursday-Sunday and Friday-Sunday, 4:00AM-4:30PM, with pay between $22.25-$26.25/hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, and vacation. Essential duties include verifying materials, selecting and cutting Prepreg, and ensuring schedule adherence. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
