Kit Assembly / Forklift Operator - Bilingual

A well-established and growing food manufacturer opening a brand-new facility in Atlanta, GA, is seeking bilingual Kitter/Forklift Operators to join its team. Come be part of something new and exciting.This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fresh, modern work environment!

$18.00 - $20.00/hour | Bilingual English/Spanish Required

Training Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PMAfter 1–2 months, shift assignment will move to either:1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

What You'll Do As a Kitter/Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for assembling dry goods kits for production while safely operating a sit-down forklift.

• Kit and assemble dry goods according to production requirements
• Read and follow batch sheets accurately
• Weigh and measure ingredients and materials to specification
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move and stage materials
• Maintain accurate kitting records and documentation
• Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with GMP and food safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Prior kitting or warehouse experience in a food manufacturing environment required
• Sit-down forklift experience required
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to read and interpret batch sheets
• Strong attention to detail with weighing and measuring
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
