The starting salary for this position begins at $50,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market considerations.

The target start date for this role is mid-September 2026.

This position is based on the west side of Indianapolis, Indiana and requires work on-site 4 days a week.

Job summary

Works in partnership with Manager of Kinetiq Health Specialist, Kinetiq Health team, and client engagement team to develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive wellness program for a dedicated client.

Summary of essential job functions/responsibilities

  • Develops program and communication materials for client that are designed to improve the health, productivity, and culture of their employee population
  • Delivers onsite group health education sessions, as well as individual health coaching
  • Implements, promotes, and evaluates incentive programs that encourage population participation and retention
  • Coordinates wellness activities for assigned client leveraging Apex Benefits/Kinetiq Health, vendor, and community resources as necessary
  • Organizes and leads various health improvement programs and seminars
  • Utilizes data analytics to develop strategic wellness programming and monthly clinical reporting

Minimum requirements

  • Required: High School Diploma/GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in health and/or wellness related field
  • Required: Health-related certification(s), such as, but not limited to, Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES); Certified Health and Wellness Coach (WellCoach or ACE); Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM)
  • Preferred: Experience in health and/or wellness industry
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven ability to be collaborative with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, and produce accurate results while meeting established deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Must be able to read and edit spreadsheets, email and other related tools related to the role

  • Requires extensive use of keyboards, calculators, and other administrative equipment.
  • Must be able to process and maintain large volumes of documentation
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extensive periods of time and navigate through the office
  • Must be able to function within a moderate noise level office environment
  • Ability to travel to and work in the corporate office located in Indianapolis, Indiana is required, in addition to client locations.
