Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Solution Consultant to work closely with business stakeholders, understand supply chain planning requirements, design scalable solutions, and configure Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse applications. The ideal candidate should have strong workbook authoring capabilities and experience translating business processes into Kinaxis solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP, and Capacity Planning.
Facilitate solution design workshops and fit-gap assessments.
Author and configure Kinaxis workbooks, worksheets, measures, scorecards, dashboards, alerts, hierarchies, and planning models.
Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and configuration specifications.
Collaborate with business users to validate planning processes and solution outcomes.
Configure and support planning workflows, automation chains, and exception management.
Participate in data validation, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
Create functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts.
Recommend supply chain process improvements and best practices leveraging Kinaxis capabilities.
Required Skills
10+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
5+ years of Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro implementation experience.
Strong hands-on experience authoring Kinaxis workbooks and planning models.
Expertise in one or more areas:
o Demand Planning
o Supply Planning
o Inventory Planning
o S&OP/IBP
o Capacity Planning
Experience conducting business requirements workshops.
Strong understanding of data modeling, configuration, and solution design.

Kinaxis Integration Consultant
Plano, TX
Rate :: 60-67/hr on C2C mx
Role Summary
We are looking for a Kinaxis Integration Consultant responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse and enterprise systems such as SAP, Data Warehouses, and Middleware platforms. The consultant will ensure seamless data flow, planning accuracy, and end-to-end process integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement integrations between Kinaxis and source/target systems.
Develop and maintain inbound and outbound data interfaces.
Define integration architecture, mapping documents, and data transformation logic.
Work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
Support data migration, data quality validation, and reconciliation activities.
Troubleshoot integration and data issues across environments.
Conduct integration testing, SIT, UAT, and deployment support.
Monitor data loads, automation jobs, and interface performance.
Collaborate with Kinaxis solution consultants to support end-to-end planning solutions.
Develop technical documentation and operational support procedures.
Required Skills
10+ years of integration development experience.
5+ years of Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro integration experience.
Strong understanding of Kinaxis data model and integration framework.
Experience integrating Kinaxis with:
o SAP ECC/S4HANA
o Oracle ERP
o Data Lakes/Data Warehouses
o Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
Strong SQL and data transformation skills.
Experience with APIs, ETL processes, web services, and file-based integrations.
Knowledge of master data and transactional data flows within supply chain processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Kinaxis Integration Certification.
Experience with cloud integration platforms.
Exposure to Python, Java, or scripting for data automation.
