Support Spa Wellness Manager & Spa Operations Manager with daily operations, administrative duties, and assisting in the advancing of team standards. Assist with spa supervisory roles in all areas as needed and any other duties as assigned by Spa Management.

Support Spa Wellness Manager & Spa Operations Manager with daily administrative operations to include Unifocus schedule entry and inputting daily schedule updates, processing shift trades and time off requests, correcting time punch errors and monitoring OT. Troubleshoot B4T or other system IT needs in coordination with vendor.
Disseminate spa team members with property information, spa treatment and product knowledge, Forbes standards, new programs and spa events via email, messaging and daily lineups. Create and track incentive and programs division wide.
Assist with spa events & weddings, VIP guest facilitation, general guest WOWs.
Oversee spa guest services with spa, salon and fitness appointment bookings. Communicate to team members necessary guest information. Answer questions and assist with any operational challenges that may arise in the spa and fitness environments. Conduct facility walkthroughs to ensure guest satisfaction and facility cleanliness.
Assist in compiling data for reporting purposes as assigned by Spa Management.
