We’re looking for a General Manager who doesn’t just “manage” — you own the growth of your center. You’re the person who turns a first-time tour into a lifelong member family, who makes parents feel like rockstars for choosing KidStrong, and who builds a team that delivers results with energy and heart.
If you love the thrill of closing a membership, the satisfaction of watching a shy toddler high-five their coach, and the art of turning relationships into results, this is your role.
What You’ll Own:
Sales & Growth (Your #1 Priority)
- Own the full membership pipeline — from lead to long-term member
- Personally dial, text, follow up, and convert leads into paying families
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals with your team and celebrate every win
- Be the face of KidStrong in the community: host and attend local events that make parents say “we have to check this place out”
- Create an experience so strong that members become your best referral source
Relationship Building
- Become the trusted face every parent, coach, and family looks forward to seeing
- Build genuine connections that turn one-time visitors into loyal members and raving fans
- Keep members happier than a kid in a candy store through proactive communication, problem-solving, and personal touches
- Create a culture where families feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger
Center Leadership & Operations
- Know your numbers cold — membership, retention, revenue, and KPIs
- Keep the center running smoothly, clean, and high-energy
- Recruit, train, and develop rockstar coaches who deliver KidStrong’s curriculum with heart
- Work a flexible schedule (4 weekdays + 1 weekend shift) that keeps the center thriving
Who You Are
You’re a natural connector who loves people and results. You have experience working with kids (crawling–11 years), you can chat with parents as easily as you can close a membership, and you bring high energy every single day. You’re comfortable with tech (Google, CRMs, social media), and you’re either CPR certified or ready to get there.
You lead with high standards, clear communication, and genuine care. You perform under pressure, mentor others, and turn goals into reality.
