Located within the Chadwick Center, KidSTART Clinic is an outpatient behavioral health program serving young children aged 0-5 with complex social-emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs and their families. The program is funded by the County of San Diego Behavioral Health Services. KidSTART Clinic offers comprehensive mental health assessment and treatment services for young children and their families. Evidence-based practices (EBPs) and evidence-informed treatments are used with a focus on trauma-informed, culturally humble, and family-centered infant and early childhood mental health. Our services also include the Caregiver Wellness Program to support caregivers through adult case management, therapy, and group services for caregivers while their child is in treatment.

This KidSTART Clinic Social Worker (ASW/LCSW, AMFT/LMFT, APCC/LPCC) position is for a Care Coordinator, who provides culturally responsive case management to children on the Clinic waitlist and children in the program receiving mental health services.
