Opportunity for advancement
We’re looking for a dependable, motivated team member who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being trusted with responsibility, keeping the team organized, and making sure every shift runs smoothly from start to finish. As a Key Holder / Shift Lead, you’ll help set the tone for the restaurant, whether you’re opening the store, leading the lunch or dinner rush, or closing things down the right way at night.
You’ll be one of the people the team looks to for direction. That means helping employees stay on task, making sure guests are taken care of, keeping the restaurant clean and stocked, handling basic cash and key-holder duties, and communicating with management when something needs attention.
We’re not just looking for someone who can “be in charge.” We’re looking for someone who leads by example: shows up on time, treats people with respect, stays calm when it gets busy, and takes pride in doing things correctly.
What You’ll Do
As a Key Holder / Opening & Closing Lead, you’ll help with:
Opening and/or closing the restaurant
Leading the team during assigned shifts
Supporting cash handling and end-of-shift procedures
Making sure food quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards are met
Helping train and coach team members
Keeping the shift organized during busy periods
Communicating issues, needs, or concerns to management
Creating a positive, reliable work environment
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable taking responsibility
Positive and professional with guests and coworkers
Able to stay calm and organized during rushes
Willing to jump in wherever needed
A good communicator
Interested in growing with the business
Restaurant experience is helpful, but the biggest things we’re looking for are dependability, maturity, and leadership potential.
