The Key Holder is a vital team member responsible for supporting store operations and leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. They serve as the Manager-on-Duty, ensuring sales goals are met, operational tasks are completed, and customer service standards are upheld. Key responsibilities include opening and closing the store, supervising and training staff, communicating with management, and maintaining visual, safety, and housekeeping standards.

  • Assist with staff development and ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Handle operational duties, delegate tasks, and stay informed of corporate updates.
  • Coordinate with district and regional managers as needed.
  • Ensure timely opening/closing and uphold store standards.
  • Qualifications include a passion for fashion, strong leadership, adaptability, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, able to work flexible hours, and physically capable of lifting 25 pounds and standing for long periods. A high school diploma is required, with some college preferred.
