Our client, a leading industrial/MRO distributor, is seeking a Key Account Executive to join their team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be part of the Sales department supporting key customer accounts across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a consultative mindset, and excellent execution and follow‑up abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Yakima, WA
Pay Range: $25-30 DOE + Mileage
What’s the Job?
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing key account customers at functional and executive levels to drive retention and growth.
- Develop and execute account strategies to increase revenue through cross-sell, upsell, and deeper product penetration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering value-driven, customized solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Drive implementation and optimization of vending and VMI programs at customer locations.
- Leverage CRM and internal tools to manage sales activity, forecasting, reporting, and account performance.
What’s Needed?
- High school diploma or GED required; 2–4 year college degree preferred.
- 2–3 years of outside sales or customer-facing service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM and ordering systems.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned territory.
