Key Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, services, and support, ensuring each contact with customers is professional and effective.
- Recommend Frontier’s products and services to customers while offering tailored solutions to meet their connectivity needs
- As a Key Account Manager, you will maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system to support follow-ups and service improvements.
- Escalate complex issues to senior Customer Service Representatives and specialized teams while keeping clients informed throughout the resolution process.
- Collaborate with fellow Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent service and meet client expectations.
- Be part of ongoing training to strengthen skills and knowledge as a JKey Account Manager.
- Assist clients with account updates, service changes, sales inquiries, and other support requests to create a seamless experience.
- The designated Key Account Manager will identify trends in client feedback and provide suggestions for improving service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
Skills and Attributes Required for the Key Account Manager:
- Holds a high school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role is an advantage.
- Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing, and can explain details effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple client requests efficiently.
- Client-focused, eager to provide supportive service aligned with company standards.
