In this role, you'll be essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and enriching space for our canine companions. Your focus on teamwork and communication will ensure each dog receives the highest standard of care and attention. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with consistent hours, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Ten-hour days mean more days off every week, and a set schedule means you can plan ahead and enjoy your life outside of work just as much as you enjoy this job!

$14.50 - $15.50+ hourly DOE

• Ensure the well-being and safety of all dogs by maintaining a clean and secure environment.
• Provide daily exercise and enrichment activities tailored to each dog's needs and energy levels.
• Monitor and record each dog's behavior, health, and dietary intake, promptly reporting any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality care and support for our canine guests.
• Communicate effectively with dog owners, offering updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Assist in training new staff members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of learning.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working order and readily available.

• Experience in animal care or a related field preferred, ensuring the well-being of our canine guests.
• Ability to maintain a clean and secure environment, prioritizing safety and hygiene.
• Proven track record of effective communication with both team members and dog owners.
• Strong observational skills to monitor and record each dog's behavior, health, and dietary intake.
• Ability to provide tailored exercise and enrichment activities, meeting each dog's unique needs.
• Experience in collaborating with a team to streamline communication and deliver consistent, high-quality care.
• Ability to assist in training new staff members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of positivity, learning and growth.
