Key Responsibilities -------------------

  • Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into detailed configuration specifications and documentation.
  • Configure Kinaxis Maestro according to customer specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.

  • Actively engage, guide, and mentor junior consultants to support their professional development throughout project delivery.
  • Contribute to additional project related activities as assigned by the Project Manager.

Who You Are ------------

We seek collaborative problem-solvers who value connections between facts, figures, strategies, and people. We want insightful individuals unafraid to question the status quo and embrace authenticity.

Requirements:

  • Four to six years of relevant experience implementing supply chain planning or software solutions.
  • Hold an academic degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field with a strong academic record.
  • Bring sound knowledge of supply chain concepts, including demand planning, statistical forecasting, MRP, inventory management, and related planning processes.
  • Have completed at least four end to end software implementation projects.
  • Are certified at the Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 1 with higher certifications considered a plus.
  • Have experience developing or configuring Maestro resources to support required functionalities.
  • Have strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills and enjoy working in a client-facing role.
  • Are detail-oriented, self-directed, and capable of performing in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
  • Bring practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
