MM Packaging Clayton, NC is seeking an experienced KBA Pressman to operate and lead a crew in the production of our Folding Carton Printing Press. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printing to numbers, LAB DE2000 / G7, Pantone colors, as well as 4 color process.
What You Will Do:
Operate and lead a crew in the production of Folding Carton Printing Press
Print to numbers, LAB DE2000 / G7, Pantone colors, and 4 color process
Manage Press Chemistries, Press packing heights, and Roller settings
Set up press parameters to print specifications
Ensure printing is done to perfection
Lead a crew and adhere to production schedules
Utilize Shop floor data entry systems (ASI) for Production entries
Pay high attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency
Work overtime as needed to meet department goals
Previous experience with KBA presses is preferred, but candidates with the ability to learn rapidly will also be considered
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a KBA Pressman or similar role
Strong knowledge of printing processes and technologies
Ability to lead a crew and follow production schedules
Familiarity with Shop floor data entry systems (ASI)
High attention to detail and sense of urgency
Willingness to work overtime as needed
