The Kanban Coach will own the transformation for these teams, coach them on Kanban process, run trainings, facilitate STATIK sessions, design Kanban boards, and build/generate metrics in JIRA for teams to become more self-sufficient.
The Kanban coach will execute pre-defined training, likely 2-3 sessions per team. After training, the Coach will take teams thru the STATIK approach to design the Kanban system. This will consist of 3-4 meetings with the team to outline and define workflows, classes of service, work types, etc. and will build out Kanban boards in JIRA to map the flows and other outcomes from STATIK sessions to set the team up for success. Generate metrics and develop dashboards in JIRA.
