Westlake Charter School is seeking a dynamic, flexible, and innovative Spanish teacher who collaborates to provide a high-quality, personalized education for their students. Westlake Charter School is a public charter school created by parents and educators in the Natomas area of Sacramento. Our vision is to encourage global-mindedness and develop students as joyful, life-long learners.
We are looking for individuals who are:
• Collaborative and enjoy working as a team • Familiar with and enjoy using technology as a tool in the classroom • Experienced using digital devices including Chromebooks • Organized and able to create a rigorous and respectful learning environment • Creative and innovative in what they bring to their classroom • Comfortable with using student achievement data to guide classroom instruction
