The Greendale School District is seeking applicants for a full-time Elementary Spanish Teacher. This position teaches Elementary Spanish to students K-5 at Highland View Elementary. This position qualifies for full-time benefits, including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability and the Wisconsin Retirement System.
Greendale Schools provides Spanish instruction to all students K-5. Students receive 3-25 minute Spanish lessons per week at the elementary level. In grades 6-12, students can choose World Language instruction in Spanish or German, and students 9-12 also have the option for American Sign Language.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Legal requirements for Teacher certification as established by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
Ability to use student-level data to guide instructional decisions.
Strong pedagogical knowledge and content expertise.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using standard English grammar and vocabulary.
Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with students, parents, teachers and administrators.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Demonstrated appreciation and respect for diversity within the school community.
