Organization Information The mission of Paintsville Independent Schools is to assure that all students acquire knowledge and skills enabling them to become productive member of a global society. Visionary leadership, sound fiscal management, high expectations, and individualize instruction in a safe, orderly and positive school climate involving parents and community will accomplish this mission. Paintsville Schools offers a modern curriculum with a traditional approach. The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools accredits both of our schools. Since the inception of education accountability assessments, our schools have consistently ranked among the top on national and state-mandated tests.
