Justice Account Leader - Director / Senior Director

Who You'll Work With

At Slalom, personal connection meets global scale. Our vision is to enable a world where everyone loves their work and life. We help organizations redefine what's possible, give shape to the future-and get there.

As the Justice Account Leader, you will play a pivotal leadership role within Slalom's Federal Market. You will be part of a mission-driven team helping the U.S. Courts and the Department of Justice (DOJ) achieve transformative outcomes that strengthen enterprise governance, modernize digital systems, and improve the user experience across the federal judiciary and law enforcement domains.

We are seeking a Federal Account Leader to oversee a large-scale U.S. Courts engagement within a complex, multi-stakeholder justice ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in DOJ or analogous adjudication environments (e.g., VA, SSA), with a strong understanding of end-to-end case lifecycle processes, evidence management, and federally regulated data systems. This role requires proven ability to navigate federated governance structures, engage senior stakeholders (e.g., judges, clerks, prosecutors), and drive delivery across loosely coupled systems spanning the judicial and law enforcement domains.

What You'll Do

Account Leadership & Growth

* Lead the Justice account strategy, overseeing business growth, partnership alignment, and client relationships across the U.S. Courts and DOJ.

* Serve as the primary Slalom leader and trusted advisor to senior federal executives, demonstrating a deep understanding of judicial mission priorities, organizational effectiveness, and modernization objectives.

* Identify, shape, and capture new opportunities that align with Slalom's strengths in data modernization, AI/ML, cloud strategy, human-centered design (HCD), and digital transformation.

* Develop and execute account growth plans, including capture and proposal strategies in collaboration with business development and alliance partners (AWS, Salesforce, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).

* Drive revenue, pipeline, and delivery excellence targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Client Impact & Delivery Excellence

* Oversee the delivery of a large, multi-year strategic advisory and modernization portfolio, ensuring technical excellence, alignment with judiciary policies, and measurable mission impact.

* Lead a large-scale Program Management Office (PMO) driving enterprise-level planning, cloud maturity assessments, enterprise architecture (EA) roadmaps, cybersecurity strategy, and organizational change management.

* Translate complex justice mission challenges into modern, technology-enabled advisory solutions, guiding the client away from legacy constraints and toward scalable cloud, data, and CRM ecosystems.

* Lead account governance, performance management, and risk mitigation, ensuring all advisory artifacts, technology recommendations, and workforce readiness plans meet rigorous federal standards.

People Leadership & Collaboration

* Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing, multidisciplinary teams (strategists, architects, change managers, and analysts) that deliver client impact and live Slalom's values.

* Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning within the Justice account team.

* Partner across Slalom markets and capability areas to bring integrated solutions that combine enterprise strategy, modern technology, and human-centered design.
