The Junior Wealth Advisor will play a key role in supporting client acquisition initiatives, nurturing prospective client relationships, and helping drive the firm's continued growth. Working alongside experienced advisors and leadership, this individual will gain hands‑on exposure to financial planning, investment management, and relationship management while developing their own book of business over time.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and creating opportunities for new business while also deepening their technical wealth management expertise.Key Responsibilities Support business development and client acquisition efforts through networking, referrals, and strategic outreachParticipate in prospect meetings and help communicate the firm's value propositionBuild and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clientsAssist advisors in preparing financial plans, investment recommendations, and client presentationsConduct client discovery and gather financial information for planning analysesCollaborate with senior advisors to deliver an exceptional client experienceMaintain accurate CRM records and follow‑up activitiesStay current on financial planning strategies, investment concepts, and industry trendsWork toward increased responsibility in managing client relationships and developing new business opportunitiesQualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Financial Planning, or a related field preferred0–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, financial services, or a related fieldSeries 65 license preferred, or willingness to obtain shortly after joining the firmStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in business developmentHighly organized with strong attention to detailDesire to build a long‑term career in wealth management and advisory servicesProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
