We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video editing and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Junior Video Editor, you will work closely with our Senior Video Editor and the content team to create engaging and informative videos for our online training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Senior Video Editor to edit and produce high-quality videos for our online training courses.

- Collaborate with the content team to understand the training material and ensure that the videos accurately reflect the content.

- Edit raw footage, add music, sound effects, and graphics to create professional and engaging videos.

- Continuously improve and refine our video editing processes to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of our video production.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our videos are of the highest quality and meet industry standards.

- Assist with video shoots and other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in video editing, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Passion for storytelling and creating visually compelling videos.

- Ability to take direction and work independently as well as part of a team.
