About The Role:
As a motivated, detail-focused team member in Trading Operations, you'll assist senior traders with trade execution and daily management, leveraging strong market knowledge, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
What You'll Do:
- Assist senior traders in executing trades across equities, fixed income, and derivatives
- Monitor trades for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct market and economic research to support trading decisions
- Collaborate on risk management and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide administrative trade support and maintain records
- Manage and maintain trading systems like OMS and EMS
- Continuously update skills through market research and training
- Willingness to work night shifts
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related; certifications a plus
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading, and investment strategies
- Proficient with trading, order, and execution management systems
- Excellent analytical skills for complex data and trading decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Skilled in documentation using tools like MS Visio
- Independent, able to interpret needs and deliver organized, reliable solutions
- Educational requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher
