Enjoy working with children and youth and are passionate about helping them grow as swimmers and individuals.Have experience with competitive swimming and enjoy sharing your knowledge through coaching and mentorship.Prioritize safety by enforcing pool rules and maintaining awareness during practices and team events.Communicate positively and effectively with swimmers, families, and fellow coaches.Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude both in and out of the water.Take initiative to prepare equipment, assist with practices, and support swim meets and team activities.Demonstrate The Y's core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility in every interaction.
