Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter (with atleast 1 year experience) who is eager to build a career in US staffing working for Direct clients. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
You will work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to support sourcing, screening, and coordination activities across multiple roles.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through job portals such as JobDiva, LinkedIn, and databases
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements and guidance from senior team members
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach to assess interest, availability, and basic qualifications
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
  • Support submission of candidates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth interview and hiring processes
  • Learn and apply Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies
  • Adhere to internal processes, compliance guidelines, and documentation standards
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment or a strong interest in US staffing
  • Basic understanding of job portals and sourcing platforms (training will be provided)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
