Junior Project Manager

Provide project management support under the guidance of a senior project manager or program manager. The services will primarily involve assisting in the day-to-day coordination and administration of project activities, ensuring that projects progress according to plan and meet specified objectives.

Requirements

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Track project progress, monitor tasks, and report on status to the project team and stakeholders.

• Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing minutes, and tracking action items.

• Support the management of project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans.

• Assist in identifying and escalating potential risks and issues to the senior project manager.

• Coordinate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.

• Support the creation of project reports, presentations, and other communication materials.

• Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and processes.

• Assist in change management activities and impact assessments.

• Support project closure activities, including documentation archiving and lessons learned.
