Description
* Oversee 2-3 concurrent projects ($2-3M each) end-to-end
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
* Coordinate residential builds and retail fit-out projects
* Ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery across sites
* Drive communication between clients, trades, and internal teams
Profile
* Proven experience in custom/single-family residential builds
* Exposure to retail TI or commercial interior projects
* Ability to manage multiple sites independently
* Hands-on, field-driven leadership approach
* Strong communication and subcontractor management skills
Job Offer
Salary: $100,000-$130,000 + progression opportunities
