Work closely with customer care center staff on agent training plans surrounding major release activity. 10For products that require business use of User Interfaces UIs and User Experience UXprepare and update content settings and system logic to facilitate end-user experiences. 10Categorize bugs by severity and make decisions on release impact. 10Manage and coordinate the deployment of manual customer email communications with business stakeholders and provide post-deployment reporting and insights to support business objectives 20 Qualifikationen QualificationsApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application.
