IDR is seeking a IT Support Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia. This role supports the legal sector by providing technical assistance, focusing on applications and end-user device management. The position offers a great chance to apply your support skills in a fast-paced, impactful environment with ongoing contractual opportunities.

Position Overview for the IT Support Specialist:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT requests and manage ticket triage.
  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and device-related issues.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain standard desktop and laptop images.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and end users to ensure secure, reliable device support.
  • Assist with user training and documentation to promote effective technology use.
  • This role is intended for entry-level to junior-level candidates.

Requirements for the IT Support Specialist:

  • High school diploma with at least 1 year of experience in a help desk, support, legal assistant or similar role.
  • At least 1 year of recent relevant experience in IT desktop support.
  • Experience supporting users in a legal environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise software deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and end-user device management.
