Junior IT Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager in Boca Raton, FL to support and lead enterprise-level technology initiatives through the full project lifecycle.

Summary: This role will partner closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage project scope, track timelines, and ensure successful delivery of key projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of enterprise-level IT projects through all project phases, from initiation through closeout
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and define project objectives
• Manage project scope, priorities, timelines, risks, and testing activities
• Communicate project status, updates, risks, and changes to key stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings with leadership, end users, vendors, and technical teams
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, WBS, and RACI matrices
• Ensure project deliverables and stakeholder expectations remain aligned
• Assist with the development and standardization of project management processes, templates, and best practices
• Support cross-functional collaboration on complex, mission-critical initiatives
• Work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities
