About the Opportunity
As a Junior Designer, you will collaborate with architects, project managers, and senior design professionals to support all phases of project development, from conceptual design through construction documentation. This Junior Designer position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects including workplace, mixed-use, hospitality, corporate interiors, civic, educational, and commercial developments throughout Austin, TX and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with conceptual design, space planning, and design development
Produce presentation materials, renderings, and graphic documentation
Support project teams with construction documents and technical detailing
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal project teams
Participate in client meetings and project discussions
Utilize REVIT and other design software to prepare drawings and project documentation
Conduct research on materials, finishes, and design trends
Help manage multiple deadlines and project deliverables in a collaborative environment
Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions throughout the design process
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
03 years of professional experience preferred
Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Strong graphic presentation and visualization skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
LEED accreditation or sustainable design knowledge is a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
