Star Heating and Cooling is looking for a motivated Junior HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic experience who is dependable, customer-oriented, and excited to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry with hands-on training and mentorship.
Compensation & Benefits
$21.00 - $29.00 per hour (starting pay based on experience) plus performance bonuses

Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-call rotation begins only after full training)
Role Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance and basic repairs on residential heating and cooling systems
Provide friendly, professional service and communicate clear recommendations to customers
Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with senior technicians while gradually working more independently
Continuously develop your technical skills through structured training and field experience
Requirements
EPA Type II Certification (required)
Minimum 6 months of previous HVAC service or maintenance experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
