Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and effective graphics for marketing materials, training materials, and website
- Collaborate with the design team to develop new design concepts and ideas
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and standards
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques
- Assist with photo editing and retouching as needed
- Communicate and present design ideas to team members and clients
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
