Corporate Financial Analyst is needed to support enterprise-wide financial reporting, analytics, and planning activities, partnering closely with senior leadership. This role focuses on financial modelling, variance analysis, and business insights to support strategic decision-making across multiple business units.

Description
Perform ongoing financial analysis across products, business lines, and business units
Monitor P&L and balance sheet variances, providing insights and recommendations
Build financial models to support leadership decision-making
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve financial issues
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budget vs. actual reporting
Prepare internal reporting materials, schedules, and exhibits
Track and analyze key financial and operational metrics
Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis
Review and analyze supplier/vendor expenses
Assist with headcount and compensation planning and tracking
Deliver ad hoc reporting, special projects, and follow-up analysis
Profile
1-2 years of experience in finance (FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, modelling, formulas, data consolidation)
Experience with financial systems (Workday Adaptive preferred)
Exposure to insurance industry (preferred but not required)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders
