We are currently seeking a temporary Junior Finance / Business Analyst to support our Business Intelligence & FP&A team. This position may have the potential to turn into a permanent opportunity. This assignment is expected to last approximately 4-5 months.

Working alongside experienced FP&A and Business Intelligence professionals, you'll gain exposure to executive reporting, forecasting, dashboards, and financial planning while developing strong analytical and business skills.

Job Details

What You'll Do
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting calendar by tracking deliverables and coordinating reporting activities.
  • Download, organize, and prepare financial and operational data from ERP systems and reporting platforms.
  • Load and maintain data within existing reporting templates, databases, and financial models.
  • Perform high-level quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
  • Maintain recurring management reports, dashboards, KPI reporting, and supporting schedules.
  • Assist with preparing executive presentations, including monthly management reports and Board of Directors materials.
  • Organize and maintain SharePoint folders, reporting files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate routine requests between Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting, data requests, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, reporting, or data support.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, SharePoint, Power BI, or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Eagerness to learn FP&A, business intelligence, and corporate reporting processes.
