We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented recent graduate who wants to begin a career in financial services and learn directly from experienced professionals in a growing firm.

What You’ll Do


  • Provide administrative support to advisors
  • Assist with client service requests and follow-up
  • Prepare and process paperwork and account documents
  • Maintain accurate client records and systems
  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments
  • Handle client communication (phone, email, follow-up)
  • Support new client onboarding
  • Help maintain an organized and professional office environment

You do not need prior financial industry experience.

If obtaining your industry licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, etc.) is part of your career plan, we will support and guide you through that process.

Compensation


  • $36,000 – $50,000 base salary (entry-level)
  • $3,000 – $5,000 bonus potential
  • Significant long-term income potential once licensed and advancing within the firm
