Senior EngineerA Senior Engineer reviews and seals structural engineering projects, working closely with clients, architects, and engineering staff.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform final review and seals plans, gravity and lateral calculations, truss shop drawings, repair details, and city review responses.Participates in developing and maintaining engineer standards for the office.Provide ongoing training to junior engineering staff.Minimum QualificationsProfessional Engineer's License – Arizona license preferred.3 years experience review and sealing gravity and lateral calculations, final drafted plans, truss shop drawing and field repairs.Education required: Bachelors degree in related field from accredited university.Junior Engineer / E.I.T.A Junior Engineer performs gravity and lateral calculations and foundation design working closely with a CAD department, clients, architects and senior engineering staff.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform gravity and lateral analysis for wood framed homes.Coordinate structural design with applicable building codes, architectural plans, geotechnical reports, mechanical plans, civil plans, plumbing layouts and electrical plans provided by others.Minimum QualificationsE.I.T.
