Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your CDL and are ready to build a career. We are seeking CDL school graduates to join our expanding Northeastern fleet serving Rochester, NY and surrounding areas. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want guidance from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid every Friday
• Paid training for a full month

What the job looks like:

• Predictable regional routes serving Rochester and the Northeast
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support

Home time options:

• Home weekly
• Home every other week
• Flexible schedules to support work–life balance

Training program:

• Paid training is available to drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Each trainee works with a mentor, focuses on safety, and gains the experience required to operate independently

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
