Junior B2B Sales Representative

Job Summary

Responsibilities

      Prospect new business via cold calls, email, networking, referrals, social selling, and in-person meetings

      Identify hiring needs and recommend customized staffing solutions

      Schedule and run client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls

      Prepare proposals, pricing, and service contracts

      Manage the full sales cycle from lead to signed contract

      Track sales activity and pipeline in CRM

      Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

      Partner with recruiters and account managers for successful placements

      Build long-term relationships generating repeat business

Qualifications

      0–1 year in B2B sales, customer service, recruiting, staffing, account management, or business development

      Strong communication and relationship-building skills

      Confident prospecting, negotiating, and closing

      Self-motivated, competitive, goal-oriented

      Strong organization and time management

      Comfortable with CRM and Microsoft Office

      Works well independently and on a team

      Coachable and open to feedback

      Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel
