Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Lead creation
• Account creation and contact entry
• Follow Up with customer for invoices/statement of accounts/purchaseorders

What You Need to Succeed

Educational Qualification

• Commerce graduate or postgraduate with first class grade

Technical Skills

• Up to 1 year work experience in back-office process
• SAP CRM knowledge preferable
• Shared service background will be an advantage

Soft Skills

• Strong business communication (written and verbal )
• MS office tools proficiency
• Good interpersonal skills
