Junior Associate Attorney

The Law Firm of Ligori & Ligori is looking for a strong dynamic Attorney to work in our Traffic Ticket Division, including bodily injury cases.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year experience in courtroom with misdemeanors.Minimum 1 year as a prosecutor.Able to handle Motions and make arguments in real time with Judges and Law Enforcement.Understand and have knowledge of Traffic Laws.Negotiations experience preferable.Able to handle change and conflictual situations.Proven trial experience with a strong command of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.Skilled in depositions, motion practice, hearings, trial prep and presenting PowerPoint presentations during mediations.Must be aggressive, detail-oriented, dedicated, and driven, with a relentless pursuit of success.Strong courtroom presence and a competitive, decisive, and ambitious mindset.Juris Doctorate and active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.Interstate travel required.Any experience in handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay/Draw: $100,000 base per year.Commission: Performance-based, after obtaining key performance indicator, uncapped — potential to earn $400K+ annually. (Full commission structure discussed during interview.
