SUMMARY
The Junior Application Systems Analyst will assist the Enterprise Application Engineering Team with managing and optimizing the enterprise applications used to support activity across the Church. The position will be responsible for ongoing administrative tasks, such as user management and the working and closing of support requests. The position will also serve as a member of the Applications Team on projects. On these projects, this position will work with this team and have an opportunity to serve/support all elements of the project process.
This role is designed as an entry point into Enterprise Application Engineering, offering structured development opportunities and hands-on experience to build the skills required for progression into more advanced roles.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge/Skills
The incumbent should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization in a collaborative way. They should have an ability to collaborate and build appropriate relationships with all levels of the organization, creating an environment of mutual trust through open communication and feedback. Experience with business applications and database management is preferred.

Membership in The Mother Church required; Primary Class instruction preferred.
Pay range: $33.90 - $44.07 hourly
