This role focuses on building scalable reporting infrastructure, developing Python‑based automation workflows, and creating interactive Power BI dashboards that transform raw data into strategic insights for automotive marketing campaigns. Working knowledge of digital media environments, benchmarks, and measurement is highly desired.Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Python to streamline recurring reporting processesBuild interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsPull, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources using Python and SQLFind opportunities to use AI for process optimizationCreate automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracyCollaborate with internal teams to understand analytics requirements and design technical solutionsOptimize existing workflows through automation, scripting, and process improvementClearly communicate technical insights to both technical and non‑technical audiencesInterpret and analyze digital media data to develop market and tactic level insightsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred1-2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or analytics automation roleStrong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation (pandas, numpy, data manipulation)Demonstrated experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI (DAX, M, data modeling, visualizations)Working knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databasesExperience with data automation, ETL processes, or scripting workflowsStrong analytical attitude with ability to fix technical issues independentlyPreferred Qualifications Experience with AI/ML tools, libraries, or platforms (scikit‑learn, APIs, LLM integration)Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development practicesExperience with SharePoint integration, data connectivity, or cloud platformsKnowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principlesBackground in marketing analytics, automotive, retail, or advertising industriesExperience with VBA or other automation scripting languagesKey Skills Python programming and automationPower BI development and data visualizationSQL and database managementAI/ML implementation and integrationProcess improvement and workflow optimizationProblem‑solving and technical troubleshootingCommunication and collaborator collaborationTime management across multiple technical projectsAdditional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
