Responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager
- Lead account management efforts by engaging directly with customers and recommending optimal AT&T Fiber internet solutions.
- Accelerate account sales by demonstrating the real-life benefits of AT&T Fiber for streaming, work, and family connectivity.
- Strengthen account relationships through proactive outreach and strategic recommendations for AT&T Fiber upgrades.
- Support sales success by guiding customers through the full AT&T Fiber journey from consultation to activation.
- Identify new opportunities within accounts to increase AT&T Fiber penetration and overall account value.
- Deliver consistent results by maintaining strong account management and exceeding AT&T Fiber sales goals.
Qualifications of a Junior Account Manager
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in account management or sales is a plus, but not required.
