Then the Junior Account Manager will learn how to turn sales knowledge into sales leadership.
Role Requirements for a Junior Account Manager

- Equip the sales team with simple ways to show customers how AT&T Fiber brings faster, more reliable home internet to everyday life.
- Build the team’s confidence in presenting All‑Fi Pro as a straightforward upgrade that supports modern digital routines.
- Support reps in explaining AT&T Fiber Internet Backup as a dependable solution that keeps households connected during outages.
- Review sales performance and share insights that help refine sales strategies and expand AT&T Fiber reach.
- Encourage team members to include ActiveArmor Advanced with every AT&T Fiber sale to strengthen customer value and long‑term satisfaction.
Qualities of a Junior Account Manager
- A High school diploma or GED is preferred.
