The Junior Account Manager will also lead a team, focusing on sales of AT&T Fiber accounts. By emphasizing the reliability of AT&T Fiber, the Junior Account Manager helps their team hit their sales targets every week.


As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be on your feet, talking to customers and coaching your sales team in real time. The Junior Account Manager’s training dives into AT&T Fiber's speed, the All‑Fi Pro system, and the unbreakable reliability of AT&T Internet Backup. Then the Junior Account Manager will learn how to turn sales knowledge into sales leadership.


Role Requirements for a Junior Account Manager

  • Energize the sales team through daily meetings and in‑person coaching that help accelerate AT&T Fiber sales across Milwaukee.
  • Equip the sales team with simple ways to show customers how AT&T Fiber brings faster, more reliable home internet to everyday life.
  • Build the team’s confidence in presenting All‑Fi Pro as a straightforward upgrade that supports modern digital routines.
  • Support reps in explaining AT&T Fiber Internet Backup as a dependable solution that keeps households connected during outages.
  • Review sales performance and share insights that help refine sales strategies and expand AT&T Fiber reach.
  • Encourage team members to include ActiveArmor Advanced with every AT&T Fiber sale to strengthen customer value and long‑term satisfaction.

Qualities of a Junior Account Manager

  • A High school diploma or GED is preferred. 
  • Experience in sales or management is a bonus, but not required.
  • Represents AT&T with credibility and reliability in every interaction. 
  • Supports teammates by sharing insights and celebrating success. 
  • Creates positive experiences that encourage referrals and loyalty.
