We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Executive to join our growing Event Marketing and Fundraising team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to develop strong client-facing skills, gain hands-on business experience, and grow into leadership positions. You will support client accounts, assist with outreach initiatives, and help drive engagement for nonprofit and commercial campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned client accounts under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support outreach efforts to increase donor participation and community engagement.
  • Communicate campaign goals, updates, and key messaging to clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Track account activity and maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Support event and campaign-related outreach activities as needed.
  • Participate in training programs focused on sales, communication, and leadership development.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or fundraising experience is a plus but not required.
