Seeking a JROTC Senior Instructor for grades 9-12 at Shiloh High, available from 07/27/2026. Must be a retired officer with 20+ years active duty, hold or be eligible for Georgia certification, and be properly certified by the military. A Bachelor's degree is required, Master's preferred.
Responsibilities include leading and instructing the JROTC program, mentoring cadets, recruiting students, and managing logistics and safety protocols. The role involves planning extracurricular activities, competitions, and community events, as well as adhering to military and school regulations. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds. The position requires operating a motor vehicle and working outdoors with exposure to weather and mechanical hazards.
